Ace Air Heating and Cooling in LaGrange has advertised on cable over the past few years. However they had never committed to an annual schedule. Last year the owner expressed a problem with branding in their market. They were being mistaken with another heating and air conditioning company in the same town. They are a local Lennox dealer so I encouraged the owner to do on camera dealer spots offered by Lennox and to do two custom spots featuring shots of the owner and staff. After a full year of advertising, the owner is recognized by strangers everywhere he goes in town. While others in this business are struggling to survive in a very tough economy, his business has remained steady.
